Registration Information
The Craft & Farmers Market is a monthly summer market that brings together homemakers, small local businesses, artisans, and producers in an organized, family-friendly space focused on promoting local consumption.
- Location: km 10, street next to the Mennonite Museum, in Opas Park
- Frequency: One Saturday a month (summer season)

- Hours of Operation: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Setup: 8:00 a.m. on the same day

SPACE COSTS
a)For people who don't have a business and want to sell their produce from their garden, eggs, packaged goods, butter, etc.

-To get the discounted price, you must pay in full in advance.
-You must pay the fee within 3 days of registering.
-We will only accept applications up to one week before the event.
-There are no refunds if you cancel.
-The market will be under a large roof with one wall.
-If you decide to bring a tent for your space, it is mandatory to weight it down or stake it to the ground to prevent it from blowing away in windy conditions.
-Electricity is included. Please specify in the registration form for what you will need electricity.
-Tables, chairs, and partitions between spaces are not included. Each person must bring their own.
-We will accept a limited number of stands per category, at our discretion.
-Only two businesses are allowed in a single space.
-List everything you will be selling, and do not bring anything that was not listed in your registration.
-Paid advertising will be placed for each event, but everyone is expected to help spread the word.
-You will be assigned your space upon arrival at the event.
*Want to sell produce from your garden but don't have time to be there in person?
There will be a booth where you can bring your produce, and we'll sell it for you for $100pesos plus 30% of the sales. We'll pay you at the end of the event and return any remaining products.
The $100 pesos payment is required to confirm your participation.
The produce must be packaged and labeled with a description of the product, weight or quantity, your name, and the price. If you can't make the label, we can do it for $1 per label. You must let us know at least two days in advance how many labels you need.
This is only for garden produce.
