LOCAL MARKET
GENERAL INFORMATION
DATE: September 25, 26, and 27, 2026
*TIME: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
*LOCATION: Campo 12B
COSTS AND SIZES OF SPACES
*All spaces are 3x3 meters. Prices range from $6,000 to $8,000 depending on the location. In the following section, you can see a map of the spaces, and when you select one, you will see its price. The white spaces are reserved.
*The cost is for all three days. Participation on Sunday is not mandatory. Even if you don't participate on Sunday, the price is the same.
*In addition to the rental cost, a deposit of $500 pesos is required, which will be returned after the event if you have followed the rules. This deposit must be paid along with the advance payment.
*Reserve during May and receive a $1,000 discount if you pay in full or a $500 discount if you pay in 2 payments. No discount code is necessary; when we send you the payment information, we will provide the total with the corresponding discount applied.
*To secure your chosen space, you must pay the advance payment within 3 calendar days of receiving the bank details.
*The remaining balance must be paid before August 15th. If payment is not received by that date, $50 pesos will be deducted from the deposit for each day it is overdue.
*Once you complete the application, we will send you the payment information. You can pay by bank transfer, Oxxo deposit, or credit card (a 10% surcharge will apply for credit card payments, but you can pay in 3 interest-free installments).
*We can provide an invoice upon request.
SETUP
*The market will be inside the fall festival grounds, under a tent with walls and a dirt floor. Last year there was long grass (which I wasn't aware of), but this year it will be completely mowed and they might put down gravel. It will be open from both ends to improve the flow of people. The main entrance is on the side where all the other areas are located. The other entrance and exit will lead to the rodeo.
*There will be no partitions between spaces; you can add them if you wish. Maximum height allowed for the walls of your stand: 2.20 meters. Tents are prohibited.
*Electricity will be available.
*Tables and chairs are NOT included.
*It is still to be determined whether there will be lighting in the tent, or if each vendor will need to bring their own lighting for their stand.
*Security personnel will be present at night. It is safe to leave your stand set up.
*You must set up your stand the day before the event.
*Everyone must finish setting up before the event begins, and it is prohibited to dismantle before the event ends. If you begin dismantling before the event ends, your deposit will not be refunded.
*If you haven't arrived and started setting up your space by 9:00 AM on the day of the event, we reserve the right to assign the space to another business without refund.
*Takedown will take place after the event, from 9:00pm to 11:00pm, and on Monday from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
*It is forbidden to place anything outside your space. It is forbidden to put up banners anywhere other than inside your space. It is also forbidden to stand or walk in the aisle distributing flyers. If you use more space than you paid for, you will be warned, and if you continue to use more space, you will be asked to leave the event without a refund of your deposit.
CATEGORIES
*Businesses NOT permitted: MLM brands, pastries, food, bakeries, beverages, alcohol, insurance, travel agencies, services, preserves, jam. (Some of these are permitted in other areas of the festival)
*A limited number of businesses from each category will be accepted, at our discretion.
*A maximum of two businesses may occupy a single space. All businesses must be approved by us.
GENERAL RULES
*During the event, all businesses must park in the designated parking lot. Leaving your vehicle next to the tent is prohibited.
*Parking will have a fee (amount to be determined). You will receive one free pass per space/stand. This pass is valid for all three days and must be presented upon entry. We will give it to you on the day of setup.
*If you have children at the market, they must be supervised at all times. If they break anything, you will be responsible for the damages and will forfeit your deposit. You must also supervise your children on setup day.
*Always treat your fellow vendors, customers, and festival staff with respect.
*On setup day, entering another business's booth without their permission is prohibited.
*It is forbidden to reserve and fill out an application for another person if you will not be sharing the space.
*You must pass this information on to everyone who will be helping you before, during, and after the event. If anyone on your team violates one of our rules, your deposit will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICY
*If you cancel, only your deposit and 50% of the booth cost will be refunded (if you only paid 50%, then only the deposit will be refunded). After August 1st, there are no refunds, only the deposit. If you do not attend the event without notifying us at least 3 days in advance, the deposit will not be refunded.
*You can transfer your space, as long as we authorize the business to whom you wish to transfer it.
*Once you have paid for and chosen your space, you cannot change your location. If you attempt to do so, it will be considered that you canceled and then rented another space. (This means you would lose half the cost of your original space.)
*If the event is canceled due to weather, a pandemic, or any other circumstance beyond our control, there will be no refund.
HOW TO RESERVE A SPACE
Click on "REGÍSTRATE" and then on "VER MAPA DE ESPACIOS". Select the space you want, click on "Continuar", then click on "+Agregar al carrito". If you want to add another space, select it; if you only want one, click on "Ver carrito", then on "Finalizar compra". Fill out the form. Click on "Continuar" and then on "Realizar pedido". You should see a message saying "Gracias!" along with your registration information. We suggest taking a screenshot in case we don't receive your request. Once we receive your request, we will send you the payment information via WhatsApp.
